your experience still matters.

Your next chapter starts with what you already know.

You know where delivery stalls, which questions unlock a team and what makes change stick. Now turn that judgment into AI systems people can use. Come with a work problem. Leave with something you can demonstrate.

1

Too much coordination. Too little thinking time.

Explore how to turn updates, meeting notes and repeated questions into useful inputs for better decisions.

2

Plenty of experiments. No repeatable result.

Give your AI work a clear purpose, a test for quality and a human checkpoint before it reaches the team.

3

A changing role. An unclear next move.

Build a portfolio you can discuss with a leader, client or interviewer, rooted in problems you understand.

the weekend rhythm.

Three builds. One useful point of view.

Each weekend has a clear job. Learn the shape of the problem, make something that works, then connect it to a result people care about.

01

Weekend one

Give your expertise a useful job
Dec 5 and 6

Choose a problem from your work and build an assistant around it.

Session 1 · Sat Dec 5 · 10 AM to 1 PM ET

Choose the problem. Design the assistant.

  • Map repeated work and identify a useful first use case.
  • Write clear instructions, context and output criteria.
  • Build a first assistant for your chosen task.
Session 2 · Sun Dec 6 · 2 to 5 PM ET

Test it against real expectations.

  • Use sample inputs to compare output quality.
  • Find weak assumptions and refine instructions.
  • Decide what needs a human review before use.

takeaway: A working assistant and a simple quality checklist.

02

Weekend two

Connect the work
Dec 12 and 13

Turn separate tasks into a repeatable workflow you can explain and improve.

Session 3 · Sat Dec 12 · 10 AM to 1 PM ET

Design the path from input to output.

  • Map the trigger, inputs, steps and handoffs.
  • Connect AI tasks into a practical workflow.
  • Add a clear review point before the final output.
Session 4 · Sun Dec 13 · 2 to 5 PM ET

Make the workflow dependable.

  • Run normal, incomplete and unexpected inputs.
  • Identify failure points and plan a fallback.
  • Choose a baseline for time, quality or effort.

takeaway: A repeatable workflow with a measurable purpose.

03

Weekend three

Build it. Show its value.
Dec 19 and 20

Give an agent a bounded task, then make a clear case for using it.

Session 5 · Sat Dec 19 · 10 AM to 1 PM ET

Build an agent with boundaries.

  • Define its goal, permitted actions and stopping rules.
  • Test the work it can do and when it should ask for help.
  • Prepare your capstone demonstration.
Session 6 · Sun Dec 20 · 2 to 5 PM ET

Present the work and the business case.

  • Demo your capstone and explain the problem it solves.
  • Outline benefits, costs, assumptions and limits.
  • Choose your next implementation step.

takeaway: An agent, a capstone demo and a business case.

a portfolio with a purpose.

Give your next career conversation something concrete.

Show the problem you chose, the system you built and the judgment behind it. These illustrative use cases show what the three builds could look like; you will choose a problem that fits your work.

№1

The Assistant

A better starting point for backlog work

An assistant could turn rough notes into draft stories, flag missing context and suggest acceptance criteria for your review.

Practice: instructions, context and quality checks.
№2

The Workflow

From scattered notes to a useful update

A workflow could collect approved inputs, draft a delivery summary and route it to a person before sharing.

Practice: handoffs, review points and measurement.
№3

The Agent

An extra set of eyes on delivery risks

An agent could examine supplied project information, surface potential risks and ask for clarification within defined boundaries.

Practice: goals, stopping rules and escalation.
the take home.

Bring your questions. Leave with momentum.

You will also receive the supporting materials and community access that make the live hours easier to apply in the real world.

come as you are.

You bring the context. We bring the structure.

You do not need to arrive fluent in code or AI jargon. You do need a real problem, a willingness to try and enough curiosity to look at your work with fresh eyes.

✓ Bring to the first session
  • A laptop, current browser and reliable internet connection.
  • A work problem you can explain in a few sentences.
  • Sample notes or documents you are permitted to use. Fictional or anonymized examples work well.
  • Time on your calendar for all six sessions.
↗ Set yourself up to build
  • Review the tool and account setup instructions before the first session.
  • AI tools and any workflow or agent tools may need separate accounts or subscriptions. These are separate from tuition.
  • You do not need a coding background or previous automation experience.
  • Expect to experiment, test and revise your work during the live sessions.

Learn with someone who understands your work.

Hi, I’m Daniel, but my friends call me Mazi. Hopefully, we’ll become friends too.

I’ve trained more than 500 Agile professionals and spent over a decade working across technology, delivery and enterprise change. I understand the challenge of helping teams move forward while expectations keep shifting.

I created this bootcamp to give you a practical way to apply that experience to AI. I’ll guide the live sessions as you choose a problem, build a solution and explain the value it could create.

Bring the experience you already have. We’ll put it to work in a new way.

Before you put it on your calendar.

A good program should make the decision easier, not create more fog. Here are the useful details in one place.

Who is this for?

Scrum Masters, Product Owners and Managers, RTEs, Agile Coaches and technology leaders who want to implement AI in the context of real work.

Is this a coding course?

No. It is an implementation course. You will work with practical AI tools and learn how to shape systems around your expertise. No prior coding experience is required.

What are the exact live times?

Saturday December 5, 12 and 19 from 10 AM to 1 PM Eastern Time. Sunday December 6, 13 and 20 from 2 PM to 5 PM Eastern Time.

What software do I need?

Bring a laptop with a current browser and reliable internet. Review the tool setup instructions before the first session. Separate AI, workflow or agent tool accounts may be needed; subscriptions and usage charges are separate from the $599 tuition.

What if I miss a session?

Plan to attend all six sessions. Each weekend builds on the previous one, and the live time is for making, testing and asking questions. Community and supporting materials complement the sessions.

Will this help with a career transition?

You will develop practical work you can explain and demonstrate: three builds, a capstone and a business case. These can support conversations about your next role or responsibilities. The program does not guarantee a job, promotion or income.

What happens after I enroll?
